Time and time again our visitors tell us that the abiding memory they take from our club is the warmth of the welcome they receive from both staff and members alike.

And it's that special welcome that ensures that societies and visitors come back on a regular basis to play our wonderful course and enjoy our generous hospitality.

Our club is conveniently situated on the outskirts of Eastbourne, the holiday and conference centre of the South of England, with Gatwick airport reachable in less than an hour by road. Despite the often frantic pace of modern life, Eastbourne managed to retain a genteel charm borne of a less stressful age and is rightly proud of its title of "The Sunshine Coast", boasting more hours of sunshine on average than anywhere else in the UK.

Our course itself lies in a giant bowl on the dip slope of the South Downs and from its highest points spectacular views can be enjoyed of the Channel and the East Sussex hinterland. Designated a sight of outstanding natural beauty the course is home to an abundance of wild down-land flowers and many species of butterfly and bird. The wooded slopes that form a backcloth to many of our holes are themselves a unique feature which transform the Autumnal landscape into a riot of colour.
